The major objective of CAPS is to conduct research and various types of appropriate programs — including seminar, workshop and training — in the following fields:v  Its aim is to satisfy primary needs and in the first place to safeguard human life, work and the family, as the first and irreplaceable nucleus of society, and to remedy insufficiencies in the food supply and to give the highest value to human resources.v   v  Nation’s diplomatic relation and fixed policies and practice of diplomacy are attempting to deal with each specific issue area and to identify changes in the field in relation to the intersection of club and network diplomacy in this regard to research and dig out findings.
